RFC IVF cost list | IVF, egg freezing and transfer cost estimate check

When there is no unified total price, it is still possible to judge whether the cost estimate is complete item by item. This list organizes items that need to be confirmed with RFC and other service providers according to IVF, egg freezing and frozen embryo transfer.

The treatment range corresponding to the cost estimate

Egg retrieval and culture, egg freezing and frozen embryo transfer have different needs. Egg retrieval and culture include fertilization and embryo work; egg freezing preserves eggs; frozen embryo transfer starts from existing embryos. It is clearer to include the treatment stage in the cost estimate than to list a "period price" separately.

The table lists the items that need to be inquired about. It does not mean that these items need to be done, nor does it mean that they are included in a certain cost estimate.

Before payment, write these rules clearly

  • Who provides services, who collects payments, what currency is used, and what is the payment milestones.
  • The validity period of the cost estimate, the number of times and quantities included, and under what circumstances additional fees will be charged.
  • How to settle the settlement when cancellation, postponement, no sample available or plan change.
  • Whether medication, anesthesia, external testing and preservation are invoiced by different entities.
  • LAIVF service fees and third-party transportation and accommodation fees are confirmed separately from hospital bills.

Inquiry questions that can be copied to the reception team

Please provide an itemized cost estimate based on this proposed plan, and indicate the included and unincluded examination, drug, monitoring, operation, anesthesia, laboratory, testing, transfer and preservation costs. At the same time, please explain the applicable conditions of the cost estimate, payment milestones, and settlement rules in case of cancellation, postponement or plan adjustment.

If there are still items that need to be decided by the doctor, you can ask the other party to list them as "to be evaluated" first, and explain how to supplement the cost estimate after the decision is made.
