LAIVF provides assistance with institutional data collection, communication of initial consultation needs, report lists, and cost estimate issues.
First consultation appointment and document preparation
Communicate target doctors, time and language requirements to cooperative clinics, and compile a list of initial consultation materials and appointment replies.
Complete medical records are provided through secure channels confirmed by the hospital or otherwise agreed upon.Written cost estimate and problem sorting
Sort out the cost estimates by categories such as medical treatment, medicine, laboratory, preservation, etc., and list the missing items and questions to be answered by the hospital.

Sort out the actual hospital address, appointment requirements and follow-up contact matters; if translation, transportation or accommodation are arranged separately, the provider and cost will be stated respectively.

Medical expenses
Initial consultation, examination, treatment, medication, laboratories, etc. are quoted separately according to the actual plan and provider. It is necessary to clarify the payment objects, included times, non-included fees and refund and change rules.
Customer Service Fee
If paid assistance is entrusted, the delivery content, service period, charge amount or billing method, payment stage and cancellation process shall be stated before entrustment. Additional matters will be confirmed separately.
Third Party Fees
If translation, accommodation, transportation, etc. are arranged separately, it needs to be clearly stated who will provide it, who will be paid, and the rules for cancellation and change, and not be mixed with the hospital treatment fee.

Confirmation of entrustment and arrangements for traveling to the United States
After clarifying the hospital cost estimate and the service scope of this site, arrange air tickets, accommodation and hospital arrival.
Treatment services are provided by the hospital; assistance from this site and any third-party arrangements need to confirm the responsibilities, charges and cancellation rules respectively.

Treatment connection and follow-up communication
The treatment plan may be adjusted according to the evaluation, and the report, follow-up visit and storage arrangement will be reviewed before leaving the United States.
