This site does not set ad tracking, marketing cookies or third-party analytics scripts. Hosting providers may process access logs for web delivery and security purposes. Budget tools and checklist downloads run locally in your browser and do not upload filled-in amounts to the site.
Registration of consultation intention
Currently, online intention registration is not open yet, and this site does not collect contact information, medical records or certificates through forms. The page provides local list downloads and the official entrance of the hospital; if intention registration is opened in the future, the instructions will be updated accordingly and consent will be sought before submission.
Transfer information to hospital
Browsing the page or downloading the list does not constitute a transfer of authorization. If we need assistance in connecting with a hospital, we will explain the receiving clinic, purpose and necessary information before transfer, and obtain your explicit consent. The hospital's handling of information after it receives it is governed by its own privacy policy.
Third-party website and phone number
After clicking on the hospital's official website, map or making a phone call, the service will be provided by the corresponding third party, and its privacy statement applies independently. This site will not automatically obtain the content you submit on the hospital website. Please verify your identity at the reception before submitting your medical information.
Information Retention and Requests
This site currently does not store personal data submitted through the interest form. If you contact the hospital directly, please make a request to the hospital for relevant information. Before the registration function is activated in the future, the service contact channels and corresponding retention rules will be announced.
