Medical education and obstetrics and gynecology training were completed at Sun Yat-sen University, and a PhD in medical genetics was completed at the School of Medicine at the University of Essen in Germany, followed by postdoctoral research in the field of reproduction and development at Wayne State University School of Medicine.

Hyang (Hailey) Park serves as IVF Laboratory Supervisor, overseeing the Embryology and Andrology laboratory operations. Fertilization, embryo culture, cryopreservation and sample tracking are the different laboratory aspects of the treatment process.
